ASSOCIATE
Zachary M. Lotspeich joined GGTBL as an associate attorney in April 2025. His practice includes civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, personal injury, and bad-faith. Zachary earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Liberty University in 2013. While at Liberty, Zachary was a member of the Collegiate Debate Program and achieved several top speaker awards and was part of a three-time national championship team. Zachary subsequently received his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University in 2016 graduating with honors and was admitted to the Ohio Bar that same year, and the Kentucky Bar in 2017.
Before joining GGTBL, Zachary worked as an Ohio prosecutor for four and a half years presenting cases to the Grand Jury, prosecuting felony and misdemeanor crimes, and representing the State in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases. Prior to being a prosecutor, Zachary worked as a plaintiff and defense attorney in both Ohio and Kentucky, primarily assisting independent school districts throughout the Northern Kentucky Area.
