Over his career, Jason has accumulated significant trial and appellate experience, with dozens of jury trials and bench trials throughout the state. He also has maintained an active appellate practice with arguments in most Ohio appellate districts and the Ohio Supreme Court as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts. He is involved in multiple organizations, including:
